Account & Data Deletion
This page lets users of CLAPTTO Customer App and CLAPTTO Partner App request deletion of their app account and associated personal data without needing to reinstall or open the app.

Request account deletionHow to Request Account Deletion
Email us at contact@blezosoftwaresolutions.com with the subject CLAPTTO Account and Data Deletion Request.
Include:
- Whether you used CLAPTTO Customer App, CLAPTTO Partner App, or both.
- Your registered mobile number.
- Your registered email address, if any.
- Your full name.
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted.
For account safety, we may verify your identity before processing the request.
What Data Will Be Deleted or Anonymized
- Account profile details such as name, phone number, email address, age, profile details, and login identifiers.
- Saved addresses, location profile data, notification tokens, and app preferences linked only to the account.
- Booking, order, appointment, rating/review, support, and usage records where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
- Partner profile, service area, availability, onboarding, and document data where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
Data We May Retain After Deletion
Some records may be retained only where required for legitimate reasons such as legal compliance, tax/accounting, audit, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, user safety, pending investigations, regulatory obligations, or enforcement of our Terms.
- Booking, order, appointment, invoice, commission, complaint, payment, and support records may be retained for up to 7 years where required.
- Partner KYC, license, onboarding, eligibility, and compliance records may be retained for up to 8 years, or longer if required by law, regulator, court order, dispute, fraud investigation, or safety issue.
- Crash, diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and security logs may be retained for up to 24 months unless needed longer for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Retained data is restricted from normal app use and kept only for the required purpose and period.
Processing Timeline
- We normally acknowledge deletion requests within 7 working days.
- After verification, we normally complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days.
- If a longer period is required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, regulatory, or safety reasons, we retain only the data required for that reason.
Delete Some Data Without Deleting Account
You may request correction or deletion of selected personal data by emailing contact@blezosoftwaresolutions.com. Some features may stop working if required account, location, booking, or partner verification data is removed. For non-privacy support, email support@blezosoftwaresolutions.com.
Effect of Account Deletion
After deletion, access to your profile, bookings, appointment history, support history, partner tools, and account-linked services may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.
