Refund & Cancellation Policy

CLAPTTO connects customers with third-party partners, doctors, hospitals, and clinics. Most customer payments are made directly to those providers, so CLAPTTO does not issue refunds for those direct transactions.
Home Services
Customers pay the partner directly after service completion unless CLAPTTO separately states otherwise. Refunds, corrections, or adjustments for direct payments must be resolved with the partner. Customers should verify work quality before paying or confirming completion.
Doctor / Hospital Appointments
Customers pay the doctor, hospital, or clinic directly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds follow the policy of the selected facility. For emergencies, go directly to the nearest hospital.
Partner Commission Payments
Where the Partner App collects commission or platform fees, those payments are generally non-refundable after a completed service unless required by law or a duplicate/failed transaction is verified. Payment issues can be reviewed when proof is sent to our support email.
