Introduction Welcome to CLAPTTO, operated by Blezo Software Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or downloading, installing, registering for, or using CLAPTTO Customer App or CLAPTTO Partner App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app. 2. Scope of Services CLAPTTO is a technology platform that connects customers with independent home-service partners, doctors, hospitals, and clinics based on location, availability, ratings, service category, and appointment requirements. Customers can discover providers and book home services or offline doctor/hospital appointments. CLAPTTO may also provide status updates, appointment/token tracking, ratings, reviews, support, and account-related communications. 3. Role of Blezo Software Solutions CLAPTTO acts only as an intermediary technology platform. We do not directly provide home services, medical services, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, hospital services, or provider operations. Independent providers, doctors, hospitals, and clinics are responsible for service quality, pricing, professional advice, licenses, safety, completion, and customer handling. All service-related agreements are between the customer and the relevant third-party provider, doctor, hospital, or clinic. 4. Customer App Terms Customers must provide accurate and complete details including name, phone number, age where required, address, location, booking details, appointment details, and health concern text voluntarily entered for appointments. Customers must verify provider/doctor/hospital details, service quality, pricing, and completion before payment or final confirmation. Customers must not share completion OTPs or approve completion until the service is actually completed and satisfactory. 5. Home Services Payments and Refunds For home services, customers currently pay the partner directly after service completion unless CLAPTTO separately states otherwise. CLAPTTO does not collect these direct payments in the app and does not issue refunds for direct payments made to partners. Any refund, rework, adjustment, or dispute for direct service payments must be handled with the relevant partner, with CLAPTTO support assisting where operationally possible. 6. Doctor and Hospital Appointments Customers can book offline appointments with nearby doctors, hospitals, or clinics through CLAPTTO. Appointment fees and other medical charges are paid directly at the hospital or clinic unless CLAPTTO separately states otherwise. CLAPTTO is not responsible for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, waiting time, doctor availability, hospital operations, medical outcome, or emergency handling. For emergencies, users must visit the nearest hospital directly and must not rely on CLAPTTO for emergency care or emergency booking. 7. Partner, Doctor, Hospital, and Provider Terms Partners, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other providers must provide accurate identity, phone, KYC, certificate, license, registration, qualification, address, service, price, availability, and profile information. Providers must comply with applicable laws, safety rules, professional obligations, tax requirements, consumer protection requirements, and CLAPTTO platform policies. We may verify, reject, suspend, restrict, or remove provider accounts for false information, poor service quality, complaints, fraud, legal risk, safety issues, unpaid dues/commission where applicable, or policy violations. 8. Data Collection and Privacy Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy available on our website. We may collect customer data such as name, phone number, age, address, saved addresses, approximate or precise location, booking/order/appointment details, service category, provider/doctor/hospital selection, OTP/completion status, ratings, reviews, support messages, notification token, and health concern text voluntarily entered for appointments. We may collect partner/provider data such as identity, phone number, service category, service area, availability, profile details, KYC documents, certificates, license/registration details, ratings, order history, and compliance records. We may collect device, diagnostics, crash, fraud-prevention, security, and usage data to operate and protect the platform. 9. Data Use and Sharing We use data to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, send OTP/login/service communications, show nearby providers/doctors/hospitals, manage bookings/orders/appointments, verify providers, send notifications, provide support, improve reliability, prevent fraud and misuse, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may share required data with customers, partners, doctors, hospitals, clinics, cloud hosting providers, Firebase/authentication providers, analytics/crash reporting tools, notification tools, customer support tools, security providers, payment/commission processors where applicable, and legal or regulatory authorities when required. 10. Data Retention and Account Deletion Account/profile data is retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized within 30 days after a verified account deletion request unless retention is required for legitimate reasons. Booking, order, appointment, invoice, commission, payment, rating/review, complaint, and support records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal, tax, accounting, audit, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, safety, and compliance purposes. Partner KYC, license, onboarding, eligibility, and compliance records may be retained for up to 8 years, or longer if required by law, regulator, court order, dispute, fraud investigation, or safety issue. Crash, diagnostic, usage, fraud-prevention, and security logs may be retained for up to 24 months unless needed longer for security investigation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Users may request account and data deletion through the Account Deletion page or by emailing contact@blezosoftwaresolutions.com. 11. Location, Notifications, and Permissions Location access is used to show nearby providers, doctors, and hospitals and to support bookings. Location-based features may not work if permission is disabled. Notifications are used for OTP, booking/order updates, appointment reminders, service status, support, account, and safety alerts. Users may disable permissions in device settings, but some features may stop working. 12. Intellectual Property and Copyright All CLAPTTO names, logos, designs, website content, app content, software, screens, and platform materials are owned by Blezo Software Solutions Private Limited or used under license. Users and providers must not copy, misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, or distribute platform content except as permitted by law. Copyright or intellectual-property complaints may be sent to contact@blezosoftwaresolutions.com with proof of ownership and evidence of the alleged issue. 13. Prohibited Activities Users and providers must not provide false or misleading information, misuse customer/provider/doctor/hospital/platform data, impersonate others, upload fake documents, misuse OTPs, harass or abuse others, scrape data, reverse engineer, hack, disrupt, overload, bypass security, commit fraud, use the platform for illegal activity, or act in a way that harms users, providers, Blezo, CLAPTTO, or the public. 14. Suspension and Termination We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice where we reasonably believe there is a Terms violation, fraud, false information, fake documents, illegal activity, abuse, safety risk, poor service quality, non-compliance, unauthorized access attempt, customer/provider harm, or conduct harmful to the platform. 15. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blezo Software Solutions Private Limited is not liable for service quality, pricing, delays, cancellations, partner conduct, medical advice, medical outcomes, hospital operations, injuries, losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from services provided by independent third parties. Our role is limited to operating the technology platform. 16. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website or app with the revised effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms. 17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. 18.
