Information We Collect
Customer data
Name, mobile number, age, address, saved addresses, precise/approximate location, booking/order/appointment details, service category, provider/doctor/hospital selection, OTP/completion status, ratings, reviews, support messages, and health concern text voluntarily entered for appointments.
Partner/provider data
Name, phone number, service category, service area, availability, profile details, ratings, order history, commission/payment status, verification/KYC documents, certificates, license/registration details, and selfie/profile image where required.
Device and website data
Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, fraud-prevention signals, notification token, usage analytics, and website cookies.
Support data
Messages, attachments or details sent to support, complaint details, refund/service issue records, and communications needed to respond to requests.
How We Use Data
We use data to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, send OTP/login/service communications, show nearby providers/doctors/hospitals, manage bookings/orders/appointments, verify partners and providers, send notifications and support replies, improve reliability, prevent fraud/misuse, enforce terms, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Sharing of Data
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with customers, service partners, doctors, hospitals, clinics, cloud hosting providers, Firebase/authentication providers, analytics/crash reporting tools, notification tools, customer support tools, security providers, payment/commission processors where applicable, and legal or regulatory authorities when required.
Location, Notifications & Permissions
Location is used to show nearby providers, doctors, and hospitals and to support bookings. Location-based features may not work if permission is disabled. Discovery location is not kept longer than necessary unless saved by the user or included in a booking, support, security, or compliance record. Notifications are used for OTP, booking/order updates, appointment reminders, service status, and important account or safety alerts.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including encrypted transmission where supported, access controls, monitoring, and restricted access to personal data. No internet or storage system is 100% secure.
Data Retention
- Account/profile data is retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized within 30 days after a verified account deletion request unless retention is required for legitimate reasons.
- Booking, order, appointment, invoice, commission, payment, rating/review, complaint, and support records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal, tax, accounting, audit, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, safety, and compliance purposes.
- Partner KYC, license, onboarding, eligibility, and compliance records may be retained for up to 8 years, or longer if required by law, regulator, court order, dispute, fraud investigation, or safety issue.
- Crash, diagnostic, usage, fraud-prevention, and security logs may be retained for up to 24 months unless needed longer for security investigation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Account & Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their CLAPTTO account and associated personal data from our Account Deletion page or by emailing contact@blezosoftwaresolutions.com. We may verify identity, normally acknowledge requests within 7 working days, and complete verified deletion or anonymization within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention, safety, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
User Rights and Choices
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data by contacting us. Users may disable permissions in device settings, but some app features may stop working. Users may also request deletion of selected data without deleting the full account where technically and legally possible.
Children
Our services are not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required. If we learn that such data was collected without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website/app with the revised effective date.
